    SMS Terms

    When you provide your mobile phone number through our website forms, chat, or other communication channels and actively check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Scheduled HVAC, our registered messaging brand, related to your inquiry. This may include responses to your requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates. SMS consent is optional and is not selected by default.

    • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
    • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

    Carriers, not Scheduled HVAC, are responsible for any message or data charges that apply to the texts you receive. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. After submitting the form, you may receive a confirmation text, and SMS enrollment is confirmed only after you reply Y.
